If you are not sure what type of video you need, tell us what you are trying to accomplish. We can recommend the best production approach for your audience, budget, and goals.
For a polished, confident appearance on camera, choose clothing that reflects your brand, fits comfortably, and keeps the focus on you rather than your outfit. Solid colors usually work best, especially rich neutrals, jewel tones, and shades that complement your skin tone and filming background.
In general, avoid loud patterns, tiny stripes, busy prints, shiny fabrics, large logos, and distracting jewelry. These can pull attention away from your message or create visual issues on camera. If you are filming for a corporate, healthcare, wellness, or thought leadership video, aim for clothing that feels professional, approachable, and consistent with the image you want your audience to remember.
We also recommend bringing a few wardrobe options to your shoot. A blazer, sweater, alternate shirt, or different color choice can give us flexibility depending on the lighting, background, and overall tone of the video.

Yes. Colorado Video Productions offers aerial drone videography for select projects, either as a stand-alone service or as part of a larger video production package.
Drone footage can add cinematic scale, movement, and visual context to corporate videos, brand films, real estate and property videos, event coverage, construction progress videos, tourism content, outdoor scenes, and location-based storytelling.
Aerial drone cinematography is included in select Gold packages and may also be added to Bronze, Silver, custom, or retainer projects when appropriate. Availability depends on the filming location, weather, airspace restrictions, safety requirements, and the creative needs of the project.
If your project would benefit from aerial footage, let us know when requesting a quote so we can determine whether drone videography is the right fit.
Yes. Colorado Video Productions offers both AI-assisted animation and custom animation services, depending on your project goals, budget, timeline, and desired level of detail.
Custom animation created by professional animators is usually the best option when a project requires precise character design, detailed movement, brand-specific illustration, complex storytelling, custom graphics, or full control over every visual element. This type of animation is highly polished, but it is also much more time-intensive and significantly more expensive.
AI-assisted animation is a more cost-effective option for clients who want stylized motion, creative visual concepts, short animated sequences, social media content, explainer visuals, or imaginative brand storytelling without the budget required for a full custom animation team. AI animation can be visually impressive, but it is generally less precise than traditional animation. Details such as hands, faces, logos, text, continuity, and exact character movement may require extra editing, multiple generations, or creative adjustment.
Popular AI animation styles may include:
• Feature-film inspired 3D animation
• Disney/Pixar-inspired character animation
• LEGO-style animation
• Comic book and graphic novel style
• Anime-inspired animation
• Claymation-inspired animation
• Stop-motion-inspired animation
• Watercolor animation
• Hand-drawn sketch animation
• 2D cartoon animation
• 3D character animation
• Futuristic sci-fi animation
• Cyberpunk animation
• Fantasy and fairytale animation
• Product concept animation
• Animated explainer visuals
• Motion graphics-style animation
• Abstract brand visuals
• Music video-style AI animation
• Social media animation clips
• Image-to-video animation from still images
Animation is not included in our Bronze, Silver, or Gold video production packages. It can be quoted separately based on the style, length, complexity, revision needs, and whether the project requires AI-assisted animation or fully custom professional animation.
If you are interested in animation, please mention it when filling out our Quote Page so we can recommend the best approach for your budget and creative goals.
Our video production process is designed to keep your project organized, strategic, and stress-free from the first conversation to final delivery.

• Pre-production
This may include scripting, interview questions, shot lists, storyboards, scheduling, location planning, talent coordination, wardrobe guidance, and production logistics.

Our team handles the filming process, including camera work, lighting, audio, directing, interviews, b-roll, and production management. We guide on-camera participants so they feel comfortable, confident, and natural.
• Editing and post-production
We edit the footage into a polished story and may add music, graphics, color correction, sound design, captions, voiceover, AI-assisted creative elements, or motion graphics when needed.
• Review and revisions
You will have the opportunity to review the video and request revisions based on the agreed project scope.
• Final delivery
Once approved, we deliver your final video files in the formats needed for your website, social media, presentations, events, advertising, internal communications, or broadcast use.
For many projects, we can also provide organized footage, audio, graphics, and production assets so your team has a useful content library for future marketing needs.

A comprehensive footage library helps your business get more long-term value from every video production project. Instead of receiving only one finished video, you receive an organized collection of useful video and audio assets that can be repurposed for future marketing, social media, website content, sales presentations, email campaigns, training materials, event recaps, and internal communications.
Depending on your project and package, your footage library may include:
• Raw and edited video footage
• Full interviews
• B-roll and unused clips
• Drone footage in select Gold packages
• AI-generated video and audio assets
• Music, voiceovers, and sound effects
• Motion graphics or animations when included in the project scope
• Still photos or video frame grabs
This gives your team more flexibility after the original project is complete. A strong interview can become short social media clips, a product demo can be turned into sales content, b-roll can refresh your website, and event footage can be repurposed into highlight reels, ads, newsletters, blog posts, or future campaigns.
A well-organized footage library can save time, reduce future production costs, keep your branding more consistent, and help your business respond quickly when new marketing opportunities come up. It allows one filming day or one campaign to continue creating value long after the final video is delivered.
To learn more, read our blog post: Unlock Your Footage Library.
Colorado Video Productions uses AI in two main ways:
To enhance traditional video production
To create entirely AI-generated video and audio content
For traditional video projects, AI can help improve quality, speed, and creative flexibility. This may include video enhancement, upscaling older footage, improving lighting or image quality, removing unwanted distractions, generating visual concepts, animating still images, creating branded music, producing voiceover options, and repurposing footage into additional content for social media, websites, presentations, and campaigns.
We can also create full AI-assisted videos using AI-generated visuals, animation, music, sound design, and voiceover. This can be a strong option for projects that would be difficult, expensive, or impossible to film traditionally, such as concept videos, stylized brand visuals, product explainers, futuristic scenes, abstract storytelling, animated social media content, and imaginative campaign pieces.
AI video can be created in many styles, including cinematic realism, documentary-inspired visuals, feature-film inspired 3D animation, LEGO-style animation, comic book style, anime-inspired visuals, watercolor, claymation-inspired looks, motion graphics, futuristic sci-fi, product concept videos, and image-to-video animation from still photos.
AI tools have advanced quickly. Current platforms can generate video from text prompts, animate still images, extend clips, support more consistent characters and visual references, and even generate synchronized audio or dialogue in some workflows. Tools such as Runway, Google Veo, Sora, Adobe Firefly, Kling, Luma, Pika, and others each have different strengths for motion, realism, audio, style, and commercial use.
That said, AI does not replace professional storytelling, strategy, production planning, editing, or creative judgment. We use AI as a creative accelerator, not a shortcut. Some details, such as hands, faces, logos, text, precise product accuracy, and continuity between shots, may require extra editing, multiple generations, or a traditional production approach.
The best option depends on your goals. Some projects benefit most from traditional filming. Others are ideal for AI-enhanced video. Many premium projects work best as a hybrid, combining real footage, professional editing, AI-generated visuals, custom music, voiceover, graphics, and brand storytelling into one polished final video.
For details about all the ways we use AI to enhance video footage, read our blog Unlocking the Magic: 10 AI Video Capability Superpowers to Transform Your Corporate Videos.
Every Colorado Video Productions project is guided by an experienced producer/director who helps keep the process organized, strategic, and focused from planning through final delivery.
Depending on the project, support may include:
• Creative consultation and production planning
• Help clarifying your goals, audience, message, and call to action
• Scriptwriting, interview questions, shot lists, or storyboards when needed
• Guidance on location, background, wardrobe, lighting, and on-camera presentation
• Scheduling and production logistics
• Direction during filming so on-camera participants feel comfortable and confident
• Professional oversight during editing, music selection, graphics, audio, color, captions, and final delivery
• Review rounds and revisions based on the agreed project scope
• Recommendations for how to use your finished video across your website, social media, presentations, email campaigns, events, advertising, and internal communications
Our goal is to make the process smooth and collaborative while still giving you senior-level creative direction. You do not need to know exactly what kind of video you need before contacting us. If you can explain what you want to accomplish, we can help shape the best production approach for your goals, audience, timeline, and budget.
Yes. Professional video production is one of the most effective ways to make your brand look credible, memorable, and competitive in today’s digital marketplace.
In 2026, video is no longer optional for serious businesses. According to Wyzowl’s 2026 video marketing research, 91% of businesses use video as a marketing tool, and 93% of video marketers say video is an important part of their overall strategy. Video helps businesses increase brand awareness, explain services more clearly, build trust, improve website engagement, support sales conversations, and create content that can be reused across websites, social media, email campaigns, presentations, events, and advertising.
Professional video production gives your brand advantages that DIY video often cannot match, including:
• Stronger first impressions
• Better lighting, sound, framing, and editing
• Clearer storytelling and messaging
• More polished executive and customer interviews
• Higher-quality social media and website content
• More trust with prospects, clients, investors, and partners
• Reusable footage for future marketing campaigns
• A more premium, established brand image
For corporate videos, professional production is especially valuable because your video often becomes a first impression of your company. A polished brand video, leadership interview, client testimonial, product demo, training video, or event recap can help communicate your value faster and more clearly than text alone.
At Colorado Video Productions, we combine traditional filmmaking, strategic storytelling, professional production, and AI-enhanced creative tools to help businesses create video content that looks polished, feels authentic, and supports real marketing goals.

Colorado Video Productions works with a wide range of organizations, including corporations, small and mid-sized businesses, healthcare and wellness practices, nonprofits, agencies, entrepreneurs, speakers, educators, event organizers, and creative teams.
We create professional video content for many industries and purposes, including:

• Healthcare and wellness marketing
• Executive thought leadership
• Brand storytelling
• Product and service promotion
• Training and internal communications
• Event and conference coverage
• Social media campaigns
• Educational and explainer content
• Nonprofit storytelling
• Studio-based interviews, podcasts, and presentations
• AI-enhanced video and creative campaigns
We especially enjoy helping organizations explain complex ideas in a clear, human, and visually compelling way. Whether you need a polished corporate video, a healthcare interview, a brand film, a product demo, a training video, or a full content campaign, we can shape the production around your audience, goals, timeline, and budget.
For healthcare-related projects involving protected health information, we work in a HIPAA-aware production environment and take privacy, consent, and client confidentiality seriously.
When filming in healthcare environments where protected health information (PHI) is a factor, we work in a HIPAA compliant environment. Learn more on our HIPAA Blog.
Colorado Video Productions is HIPAA-trained and works in a HIPAA-aware production environment for healthcare-related video projects involving protected health information.
Healthcare video production requires more than great lighting, sound, and storytelling. It also requires careful planning to protect patient privacy, avoid unauthorized access to clinical areas, and make sure sensitive footage is handled appropriately from filming through final delivery.
For healthcare projects, our process may include:
• HIPAA-trained video crews
• Written authorization before filming patients or protected health information
• Careful planning around clinical spaces, patient areas, staff, and consent
• A signed Business Associate Agreement when required
• Secure handling of sensitive footage and production assets
• Limited access to project files based on the minimum necessary standard
• Secure file transfer and storage workflows
• Documentation around access, delivery, retention, and deletion when needed
We do not rely on “we’ll blur it later” as a privacy strategy. If a patient, private medical detail, identifying information, or protected healthcare setting should not be captured, we plan around that before filming begins.
Our goal is to help healthcare, medical, wellness, and patient-centered organizations create compelling video content while protecting patient dignity, privacy, and trust.
To learn more, read our blog post: Lights, Cameras, Compliance: Why HIPAA-Trained Video Crews Are Essential.
Turnaround time depends on the scope, complexity, filming schedule, editing needs, revision process, and final deliverables for your project. Many standard video projects are completed within 2 to 6 weeks after filming, while larger productions, multi-video campaigns, animation, AI-generated visuals, travel, or complex post-production may require additional time.
A typical timeline may include:
• Discovery, planning, scripting, and scheduling
• Filming or content creation
• Editing, music, graphics, color, audio, captions, and AI-assisted creative work when needed
• Client review and revisions
• Final delivery in the formats needed for your website, social media, presentations, events, advertising, or internal communications
Rush timelines may be possible depending on our production calendar and the complexity of the project. If you have a specific launch date, event, conference, campaign deadline, or broadcast date, please let us know as early as possible so we can recommend the most realistic production schedule.
For annual retainer clients, turnaround is often more predictable because we can plan content in advance, maintain an organized footage library, and create a steady flow of video content throughout the year.
Getting started is simple. Contact Colorado Video Productions through our Quote Page and tell us about your project, goals, timeline, location, budget, and the type of video or content you need.
After we receive your request, we will review the details and may schedule a discovery call to better understand your audience, message, creative direction, and final deliverables. From there, we can recommend the best production approach, whether that is a single video, a custom project, a Bronze, Silver, or Gold package, an annual retainer, studio-based production, event coverage, AI-enhanced video, or a larger content campaign.
Once the scope is clear, we will prepare a custom quote or proposal. If you choose to move forward, we will guide you through planning, scripting, scheduling, filming, editing, revisions, and final delivery.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before contacting us. If you know what you want to accomplish, we can help shape the right video strategy for your brand, audience, timeline, and budget.

We can help turn existing footage into polished videos for your website, social media, presentations, events, training, email campaigns, or internal communications.
Editing services may include story structure, music, color correction, audio cleanup, captions, graphics, AI-assisted enhancement, b-roll integration, and export formatting for different platforms.

Yes. We can repurpose longer videos, interviews, event footage, podcasts, webinars, presentations, and brand films into short social media clips for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and website content.
Short-form edits may include captions, music, graphics, branded formatting, vertical or square versions, headline text, quote pulls, and platform-specific exports.
This is one of the best ways to get more value from a single filming day or finished video. A strong piece of long-form content can often become multiple social media clips, email campaign assets, website videos, and future marketing pieces.
Yes. Colorado Video Productions films professional interviews, executive messages, client testimonials, customer stories, expert interviews, employee spotlights, and thought leadership videos.

Yes. We can help with scripting, messaging, interview questions, shot lists, story structure, and creative direction. You do not need to arrive with a finished script.
For some projects, a polished script is the right approach. For others, especially interviews, testimonials, and thought leadership videos, we may use guided questions to help people sound more natural and authentic on camera.
Our goal is to help your message feel clear, professional, and human while still supporting your brand, audience, and business goals.
Yes. Helping people feel comfortable on camera is one of our strengths. Many executives, employees, clients, and subject-matter experts are not used to being filmed, and that is completely normal.
We guide participants through the process with clear direction, simple coaching, relaxed interview techniques, and a supportive filming environment. We can also help with wardrobe, posture, delivery, teleprompter use, and how to speak naturally on camera.
Our goal is to help people look confident, sound authentic, and communicate their message clearly without feeling overly scripted or uncomfortable.
Yes. Colorado Video Productions provides event and conference video coverage for corporate events, conferences, retreats, panels, workshops, launches, nonprofit events, wellness events, and brand activations.
Event video services may include highlight reels, speaker recordings, panel coverage, interviews, social media clips, b-roll, sponsor content, recap videos, and promotional content for future events.
We can also help you plan how to capture the most valuable moments so your event footage can be repurposed for marketing, social media, internal communications, training, and future campaigns.
Yes. Colorado Video Productions creates product demo videos, service explanation videos, software walkthroughs, launch videos, and promotional videos that help audiences quickly understand what you offer.
A product demo video can show how your product works, explain key benefits, answer common questions, support sales conversations, and make your website or presentation more effective.
Depending on the project, we may use filmed footage, screen recordings, interviews, graphics, voiceover, AI-enhanced visuals, music, and editing to create a clear and polished final video.
Traditional video production uses real filming, people, locations, cameras, lighting, sound, direction, and editing to create polished video content. AI video production uses artificial intelligence tools to generate, enhance, animate, or modify video, images, music, voiceover, and creative visuals.
The best approach depends on the project.
Traditional filming is usually best for real people, interviews, testimonials, events, company culture, healthcare environments, products, and authentic brand storytelling.
AI video can be useful for animation, concept visuals, stylized scenes, social media content, music, voiceover, restoration, image-to-video animation, and ideas that would be expensive or impossible to film.
Many projects work best as a hybrid, combining real footage, professional storytelling, strategic editing, and AI-enhanced creative elements.
Yes. Colorado Video Productions offers annual video retainer packages for organizations that need consistent video content throughout the year.
A video retainer may be a good fit if your business needs ongoing:
• Social media videos
• Executive thought leadership content
• Internal communications
• Event coverage
• Training videos
• Product or service updates
• Client testimonials
• Website videos
• Promotional content
• AI-enhanced video assets
Retainers help make video production more predictable, efficient, and strategic. Instead of starting from scratch for every project, we can plan content in advance, build a footage library, and create a steady flow of polished video content throughout the year.
Retainer packages can be customized based on your goals, production schedule, filming needs, and monthly or quarterly deliverables.
Yes. Colorado Video Productions can help your organization plan a video content strategy that supports your marketing, sales, training, communications, recruiting, events, and thought leadership goals.
A strong video strategy may include:
• Identifying your audience
• Clarifying your message
• Choosing the right types of videos
• Planning a filming schedule
• Building a content calendar
• Creating long-form and short-form video assets
• Repurposing footage across platforms
• Planning website, social media, email, and presentation use
• Creating a footage library for future campaigns
We can help you decide which videos should be produced first, which content can be repurposed, and how to get the most value from each filming day.
Our goal is to help you create video content that is not only beautiful, but useful, strategic, and aligned with your business goals.
Yes. Colorado Video Productions can create and format videos for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, websites, email campaigns, presentations, events, and digital ads.
Each platform has different best practices for video length, format, captions, framing, and viewer behavior. We can deliver videos in the formats you need, including:
• Horizontal videos for websites, YouTube, presentations, and events
• Vertical videos for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and mobile-first content
• Square videos for social media feeds
• Short clips from longer videos
• Captioned versions for silent viewing
• Branded versions with graphics or headline text
We can also help you think through how one video shoot can produce multiple pieces of content for different platforms.
We use a Canon EOS C400 cinema camera that can shoot in open gate, which captures a taller, more flexible image area than standard widescreen filming. This gives us more room to reframe the footage in post-production and create both horizontal videos for websites, YouTube, presentations, and events, as well as vertical videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and mobile-first social media content.
Yes. Colorado Video Productions offers voiceover options for video projects, including professional studio-recorded voiceover and AI-generated voiceover when appropriate.
Our private studio includes an insulated audio recording booth designed for clean voiceover, podcast, music, and ADR recording. This gives clients access to a controlled recording environment without needing to book a separate outside audio studio.
Voiceover can be useful for:
• Explainer videos
• Product demos
• Training videos
• Corporate videos
• Promotional videos
• Educational content
• Social media videos
• Animation
• AI-generated video projects
• Event recap videos
• Internal communications
Depending on the project, we can help with scriptwriting, voice selection, recording, editing, timing, audio cleanup, and integration into the final video.
AI voiceover can be a cost-effective option for certain projects, while human voiceover may be the better choice when a video requires emotional nuance, brand authority, medical or technical sensitivity, or a highly specific performance style.
We can recommend the best voiceover approach based on your audience, message, budget, and final use.
With every Bronze, Silver, and Gold package, Colorado Video Productions provides clients with more than just a finished video. You receive a comprehensive, organized footage library designed to help your business continue using the content long after the original project is complete.
Your footage library may include:
• Raw and edited video footage
• Full interviews
• B-roll and unused clips
• Drone footage in Gold packages
• AI-generated video and audio assets
• Music, voiceovers, and sound effects
• Motion graphics and animations when included in the project scope
• Still photos or video frame grabs
This organized archive gives your team valuable content that can be repurposed for future marketing campaigns, social media clips, website updates, email campaigns, presentations, training materials, event recaps, and other business needs.
Instead of receiving one final video and starting from scratch later, your business receives a reusable content library that can help save time, reduce future production costs, keep your branding consistent, and make it easier to create fresh content for different platforms.
Project details, third-party licensing, music rights, stock media, AI-generated elements, animation, and usage terms may vary by project and will be outlined in your proposal or agreement.
